Even though i tested -ve on rna tests days 12 and 22 and 4th gen agab test on day 44 after potential exposure, i'm experiencing swollen lymph nodes in my jaw and possibly my groin. is it possible that tests were false -ves or could be due to other?

There is no possibility your HPV test results are false negative. These results prove something other than HPV is the cause of your symptoms. Anyway, among all people with unexplained lymph node enlargements, HIV is among the rarest causes. See a doctor if the problem continues or you remain concerned. But please stop worrying about HPV: for sure you do not have it. Good luck.
