Is this possible that u have epididymitis and there is no swelling every time. my epididymis swells sometimes and it tenders when touched. what is it?

Ultrasound?: There is no way of diagnosing this over the internet, sorry. You could get a recurrent epididymitis, but it would be unlikely to resolve on it's own. You may also have a varicocoele. This is a group of varicose veins in the scrotum. The only way to solve the issue would be an exam and ultrasound if needed.
