Just put a small band-aid on the wound and change it after taking the shower. Due to the location, it takes a couple more days for healing. I predict that site will be normalized in 7-10 days.

Depends on the size. Under half an inch will heal in about 8-10 days by keeping it clean and covered. If larger pl see your doc.
