Need evaluation: If it is pancreatitis is chronic and low grade or you would be very sick. I'm not sure what you mean by it takes a long time for your food to digest. Are you bloated or constipated? Do you have heartburn ? If you have constant pain it means something is wrong and you should have an evaluation by your doctor.
