I coughed up a little blood less than a teaspoon, it was bright red blood 3 months ago and after 6 days it stopped then 1 month later it happened again but less blood and darker and it lasted the same like 6 days,. im a 37yr old male and healthy why?

You should see a lung doctor for an evaluation. If you are coughing up blood, the most common reason is acute bronchitis. But, getting it checked by a lung doctor to be certain that is the etiology and not some other cause is important. You don’t want to miss something more serious. So, see a lung doctor. Good luck!
