No, it won't get rid of the parasites. Products used to treat scabies are called scabicides because they kill scabies mites; some also kill mite eggs. Scabicides used to treat human scabies are available only with a doctor’s prescription. Good luck.

Hibiclens is used to treat or decrease bacterial infection or bacterial contamination. Hibiclens does not treat scabies, however if your skin is getting a secondary bacterial infection it can help treat or prevent it.
