Yes. Should only need the 'turf' removed once, rinse off the Hibiclenz well. If "oozy" or in an area that will get agitated by clothes or movement (knees/elbows/etc.) then you may want to cover it with a sterile piece of gauze (4x4, non-stick dressing or similar) after putting a topical antibiotic (like triple antibiotic sold over the counter) on the wound, but do let the area get some air.
