A member asked:

I had a large bump near the entrance of my ear last night. it had 3 or 4 black dots, and when i put pressure on it, clear liquid mixed with blood came out. when i got it all out, there was two holes, one bigger than the other. what could this be?

If the bump wasn't tender or reddened, it wasn't an infected cyst or a boil. Also apparently the drainage wasn't purulent ( pus). I suspect it was a wen or sebaceous cyst. It may fill up again. A physician would have to inspect this in order to make an accurate diagnosis & advise you.

Best to see the ENT Specialist. Meanwhile a visit to One's Local Urgent Care Center can help prevent potential complications of the injury to that ear.

May be a cyst or infection but even cyst can get infected. May be seborrheic or actinic keratosis or rarely a chondroid syringoma or pleomorphic adenoma so would follow up with MD / ENT or dermatology .. or urgent care for referral.
