My daughter is 19 months and when shes sleeping i can visibly see her pulse in her neck and it looks like the pulse is really fast i did check her bpm and it was 92 when shes sleeping but im just wanting to know if this is normal or not?

That is well within the normal range for a kid that age. By itself it is not worrisome. If there are other symptoms that add to the picture and make you worry schedule a visit.
