Sometimes when i pee , i pee out seminal fluid , i was wondering if there are still sperm cells in that seminal fluid even though it came from peeing it out, i did not ejaculate, i peed it out so is there still sperm cells?

You may be observing prostate gland secretions, not semen; or perhaps semen from your seminal vesicles. Or if this is happening mostly when you first urinate after sleeping, pre-ejaculate fluid generated during normal nocturnal erections. Or, perhaps more seriously, abnormal discharge due to STD. If this is a new issue and especially if at possible risk for STD, see a doctor for exam and testing.

What you see is the secretions from the glands lining the passageway in the penis and the prostate which have no sperms.
