Sweating: Sweating is a normal physiologic response to stress and is also found in many conditions. When the hemodynamic stress of myocardial ischemia occurs or heart attack; sweating is often seen as part of the picture. Sweating is not a specific symptom of coronary artery disease and by itself does not indicate the presence of cad.
