All of a sudden i got this squiggly line on my vision and i cant see right, what is this?

Visual problems which occur suddenly and persist should be addressed by an ophthalmologist. Cannot exclude either a retinal or vitreous detachment, but vascular flow disruption, and even migraine could be considered. Get this addressed at a local Urgent Care Center now.
