Hello, i received my lumbar puncture results and the total protein was mildly elevated at 46.2 (normal range 0 - 44). what is this indicative of? i have been having neurological symptoms like muscle weakness and fatigue?

This clearly a nonspecific abnormality and can be borderline elevated as one ages, but also can be increased due to diabetes and hypothyroidism. "Muscle weakness and fatigue" can be caused by numerous entities, and may correlate if you possess one of the listed possibilities.
