17 months post op two level lumbar fusion(xlift). i walk, do yoga, and core exercises.i am still experiencing muscle tightness, fatigue, spasms. what else can i do to improve these symptoms?

Inversion chair. : Did you try statching, inversion chair and swimming . Do it under the guidance of physician or trainer.

Re-evaluation: Lumbar fusion may take up to 2 years to heal completely. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, a mild muscle relaxant, physical therapy may be options. Consider re-evaluation by your surgeon to be certain that the fusion is healing appropriately.
