I have a red rash on scrotum that is dry and very flakey. negative for stds. 2 doctors feel this is fungal but one dermatologist feels its psoriasis. from what i read that psoriasis of groin is not flakey but smooth and bright red. mine is not?

I would Google scrotal rash and see if you can match image with what you have. Dermatology is 80% visual.

Dry and flaky skin is usually with itching is usually fungal and is in wet moist areas. Inverse psoriasis can be flaky but mostly in areas like groin elbows etc. local antifungal creams will clear the areas if it is fungal- it will not help if it is psoriasis
