Slight pain above right hip it feels like a pulled muscle. slight pain comes then it goes away. then it will come back. i don't do drugs or drink?

Hard to say: True hip pain is localized to the groin. In this area it is either your hip itself or could have a hernia. Other causes would be a pull or strain to one of your hip flexors. If it responds to rest and ice it is likely muscular and should improve. If pain persists you may want to have it evaluated.
