Im 4 weeks post op from bilat arthroplasty for my jaw and ive begun experiencing severe chest pain, nausea, and the feeling that something is stuck in my chest. my resting hr has also been on the higher end. what should i do?

You should be assessed at an emergency department. Sometimes after surgery you can get a pulmonary embolism that can give those symptoms and it is serious so best to be assessed to see what the problem actually is.
