This sounds like the male chronic pelvic pain syndrome, genitally focused anxiety, or perhaps both (they often are related). Nothing serious or dangerous and the symptoms probably will fade once you come to understand no harm will come to you or sex partners. It has nothing to do with the oral sex event, except for the possible psychological connection. Google CPPS; the Wikipedia article is good.

In this scenario chances are that you dont have any thing serious or infection. Try drinking more water and take Azo for a few days. Good luck
