This is most likely a musculoskeletal issue. It could be you pulled a muscle in your chest wall so that when you stretch these muscles by moving your neck/shoulders, you feel the discomfort of the pulled or strained muscle. If this is the case, avoiding anything that causes the discomfort will allow the muscles to heal over the next few days. See your doctor if this discomfort persists. Good luck!
