What anti-fungal for vaginal thrush can i take that is compatible with sertraline (zoloft) as i am currently taking 50mg daily of this medication? in the past, i have used fluconazole but it appears this is incompatible with sertraline?

The risk level is low, but to be safest the combination should be avoided because of increased risk of hearth rhythm problems. Treatment with vaginal azole cream or insert (miconazole, clotrimazole, etc) is equally effective as oral fluconazole and would be entirely safe while taking sertraline. (All vaginal azoles are equally effective. You can choose the least expensive.)
