This is called pulmonary hypertension, but not your typical elevated high blood pressure. This is a serious condition when the pressure within the lung arteries is increased. Shortness of breath and fatigue are involved. An ultrasound test is recommended to measure the pressure. Contact your cardiologist immediately.

Most likely due to adding pressure (by bending) to the diaphragm, the main muscle responsible for the work of breathing and creating the chest negative pressure.
