There is no harm if you wait a day or so, unless your pain is so severe that you need your medication now. Don't get hooked on this drug, your too young.

Always take meds as prescribed, there is no immediate relation between donation and tramadol for pain. If pain is strictly related to the needle stick, pain will go away by itself, acetaminophen 500-1000 mg for couple of doses will suffice for pain.
