Ive been having dizzy spells and fainted twice at work in 6months, i have bad pain and swelling in my legs, especially the left one,i have been eating and drinking normally.im less focused and i have less of an appetite.struggle to stand for 20mins?

You need a thorough evaluation by an internist first and referral to a specialist (neurologist +/- cardiologist) may be required after the initial evaluation if there is no definite answer. Good luck.
