If you haven't done so,it's time to be examined by a gynecologist so that appropriate testing will be done. I assume pregnancy and miscarriage are not possibilities. Marked hormonal imbalance between estrogen & progesterone may be at play. A pelvic ultrasound will certainly be ordered as well as a panel of hormone levels after your rectopelvic examination.

Although it is normal to occasionally have irregular menstrual cycles and bleeding, your description does seem to be significantly different than your usual pattern. I would make an appointment to see your gynecologist for an exam and to discuss what is going on. Good luck.
