See a practioner: Plan B: ..US Food and Drug Administration states that the drug is “believed to act as an emergency contraceptive principally by preventing ovulation or fertilization (by altering tubal transport of sperm and/or ova). In addition, it may inhibit implantation (by altering the endometrium)." Meaning we dont know exactly how it works. You could be pregnant, perhaps even have an ectopic pregnancy.

I would doubt: that current pelvic pain is caused by Plan B that was taken a mouth ago. If pain is severe, please advise your pcm or gynecologist.
