Although uncommon for just one time use you should still watch for symptoms of serotonine syndrome which are confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering or shaking, blurred vision, muscle spasm or stiffness, tremor, incoordination, stomach cramp, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Call 911 if you aren't feeling well.
