The most likely cause of that combination of symptoms is untreated acid reflux. Reflux rises up causing the nausea and can land on the larynx and with persistence, this can cause laryngitis/loosing your voice. Sometimes micro droplets also enter to the space where you breathe into your lungs and the cough is a reaction to this. Best to see a Gastroenterologist to treat your problem.
