The most common reason for unexplained vomiting and non-bloody diarrhea is a viral gastroenteritis. Initially, your focus should be on remaining well- hydrated. If you start having other symptoms, or you feel that you cannot keep down liquids, see your doctor or an urgent care center. Good luck.

If you had eaten out before these GI symptom happened, food poisoning could be the cause. Peptic ulcer may cause some of the symptoms but not significantly bile emesis. Sx of food poisoning occur from 6 -12 hours after the meal and most sx get better after 24-48 hours. If your symptoms, especially emesis, persists beyond 48 hours, you should go to ER. Good luck.
