I went through a breakup in january and im getting over it but still have anxiety every day. not severe or anything but i feel apprehensive. will this impact the muscles i am currently building from the gym or will it not be a big deal?

You are young and healthy, you should be studying something at this stage in your life and are most likely not ready for any kind of long term meaningful relationship. Focus on the things you need to do, and the things you should know about. Have you a Bible? have you ever read the truth?
