I may have eaten a few very tiny pieces of parchment paper that i noticed on top of a cake i baked, they were so small i could barely see them, is this dangerous? do i need to worry?

Eating paper is not dangerous unless it has been treated with chemicals. since parchment paper is manufactured to be used in contact with cooked food, none of the worrisome chemicals would be present. Consider it as a little extra fiber.
