Although this isn't the type of injury that's a high risk for tetanus, let any treating MD know when you got your last booster. In the meantime clean the wound with soap & water,pat dry and apply an antibiotic ointment. Observe for increased pain,swelling,spreading redness or fever which would require a course of systemic antibiotics.
