Every 2ish months, ill do an awkward move thatll cause my knee to lock, then pop really loud which results in me falling down. im able to walk afterwards usually with a little limp and after 2-3 days im good. 5 yrs now, is this cause for concern?

This is a (temporary) dislocation of the lower leg articulation with the femur. Obtain a consult with an orthopedic physician for potential correction of this issue.
