A member asked:

What is a biliary obstruction?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Bile can't get out: Biliary obstruction means something is blocking the flow of bile into the small intestine. Bile helps digest fats. Bile is made in the liver and flows into the small intestine, by way of the gall bladder. Several different problems can block the flow of bile, such as having a gall stone.
