It is likely abnormal, even that was a random check, not related to the last meal. You should have a fasting glucose checked with HbA1c at the same time. Take care.

Unless you had just eaten, it's elevated. For diagnostic clarity have a fasting blood sugar and a HgB A1c performed after fasting for 8-12 hours. Your physician will order these blood tests for you.
