So im just wondering why my knees get so red, super hot and swollen sometimes. you can feel the heat through my pant legs like theyre on fire and stiff too. i didnt hurt them or nothing just randomly happens?

Knees can have infections but it will not resolve by itself. Other causes of burning pain can be tendinitis, chondromalacia, patella femoral pain syndrome, arthritis. You should see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Hope it helps.

Red, swollen and tender knees that occur randomly can be a sign of inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis, gout, or lupus. consult a rheumatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
