The most obvious sign is difficulty hearing out of that ear. They’re also could be pain, bleeding, or pus, although not all of those would have to be present if you had a punctured eardrum. It is easy for a doctor to tell by looking in the ear, so if you are concerned, see your primary care doctor. Good luck.
