What's the signs of ear infection and can a ear infection go away on its own.?

Ear infection: Ear pain, decreased hearing, possible headache, ringing in ear, some imbalance. Drainage if perforation of ear drum. If just fluid may resolve. Better to take antibiotics, e.g augmenting, zithromax, avelox.
