A member asked:

How common is it for oral chlamydia to spread through the body/bloodstream (without new exposures) and become penile chlamydia?

It doesn't. Chlamydia is a surface dweller that only gets to the penile urethra by direct contact, not bloodstream transit. It can transfer to the penis from an orally infected person doing oral sex on that penis.

Oral chlamydia rarely, if ever goes thru the blood stream to the penile urethra.
