Primary intracerebral tumors do NOT ever present with "pressure in both ears", but an acoustic neuroma might present with unilateral ear symptoms, usually loss of hearing initially, but a sensation of pressure might also be focally present. If you are worried about your symptoms, see your doctor and get examined.
