I think i have strain which is causing mild testicle discomfort/pain bcz when i take painkiller i get relief or while resting i feel relief kindly guide me it has been almosy 2.5 weeks the urologist told me to take ciprofoxacin?

Bacterial epididymitis or epididymo-orchitis is treated with both antibiotic and analgesic. If you take analgesic alone, you have some relief but infection does not resolve. Groin strain should resolve after 2.5 weeks so your urologist may be right then you should take cipro as prescribed. Good luck.
