I have taken the antibiotics course(ciprofloaxcin etc for 10 days still i am taking danzen ds and voren (painkiller( and using scrotal support but i mastrubated between the antibiotic treatment is this the reason my pain is not gone bcz i mastrubated?

You don't say what kind of infection was being treated, but masturbation cannot affect how well antibiotics work. It is more likely that whatever was causing your pain was not caused by an infection treatable with antibiotics. Check back with the doctor or clinic treating you. Good luck.
