With modern ulcer treatment, there are no dietary restrictions. You can safely eat anything and everything that appeals to you. Go easy on alcohol, though; and of course avoid any foods that cause you stomach discomfort. Otherwise no worries.

Yes, you would likely have no restrictions on any food while your ulcer is being treated, although I advise my patients to avoid any particular foods that seem to give them problems. You will need to stay off of any NSAIDs and aspirin. If you have Helicobacter pylori, it will need to be treated. Good luck.
