Bisexual male, received anal once a few years ago. did std check now, swabs ( anal included) negative but chlamydia igg positive. what does this mean? can i be sure i dont have chronic lgv if standard chlamydia swabs were negative? treatment needed?

Once someone has had chlamydia, the IgG blood test is positive for prolonged periods, probably lifelong. Your negative anal swab test shows for sure you do not have rectal chlamydia. There is no such thing as chronic LGV without symptoms.
