Hey been dealing with hsv2 for years i have a dull pain/pins needles in penis where sore first appeared and never fully healed scarring right on top of my vein is the pain i feel phn? or something more simple like a trapped compressed nerve?

Your ongoing symptoms are not herpes. They probably are entirely unrelated to HSV2, unless a psychological reaction to anxiety about having herpes. See a doctor if your symptoms continue and you remain concerned.
