Both are considered IBD, inflammatory bowel disease Crohn's disease involves the small intestine and or the colon, but sometimes is limited to just the colon. Common symptoms include diarrhea ,fatigue, abdominal pain, blood in stool, reduced appetite, and weight loss. Be aware of possible colon cancer and blood clots as complications.
