Probably very low chance of conception, but not zero risk. Condoms are excellent in preventing STDs, but not so great for contraception. Over time, pregnancy rate is reduced by 90% in couples who rely on condoms for contraception. You would be wise to start proper contraception (pill, subcutaneous insert, IUD) for 100% effective contraception. Good luck.
