From brasil, doctors! have you seen any case of seroconveting hiv test 4 gen negative at 6 weeks or 8 weeks ?

Theoretically it could happen after a negative result at 4 weeks, but extremely rarely. I've never seen such a case personally. Six weeks is 100% conclusive for the HIV AgAb (4th generation) blood tests; it isn't necessary to retest at 8 weeks.
