What should or shouldn't i tell my neurologist about my having seizures from lack of methadone. i am trying to be cleared for thyroidectomy on the 31st.i take keppra for anti seizure meds but am non epileptic. how do i present myself to be cleared?

Give full details of the events causing the use of methadone, and the associated seizures. Do not make excuses for your Keppra, but let the doctor judge the situation. If you present yourself thoroughly and honestly, I would doubt there would be any issue.
