I wonder why you are so obsessed with this issue. We have answered this question multiple times. Yes, water should rinse off the semen with sperms if the time of rinsing is long enough as in a normal shower. I want to remind you one essential fact that it takes a lot more than a drop of live semen to impregnate a woman. Take care!
