It is probably a bartholin's cyst. Use warm sitz bath 15 minutes, 3 times a day for 1-2 days. Do not touching it and abstain sex until the swelling resolves. See a GYN doctor if the cyst becomes enlarged and painful due to infection. You should also see doctor if the lump gets bigger and hard, just to play safe. Good luck!
